Join us for an evening of BOOKS, a conversation on the books that have shaped us and why we love them. 

In this special edition of BOOKS, we will be joined by critically acclaimed Indigenous voices in visual art, sharing personal highlights among Indigenous art histories and the books that document them. How can we look at the international histories of Indigenous Art? How do Indigenous practices of ceremony and ritual transform approaches to performance art? Which languages and ideas are emerging through a new wave of Indigenous writing now?

This edition of BOOKS is co-presented with Valiz, marking our strand of publications that connect indigenous art, activism and ecology published in collaboration with OCA / Office for Contemporary Art Norway. Full program and guests to be announced in April.
